We have two payment process, Manual (Bank Transfer) and Direct (Credit Card/Wallet/Paypal). All payments using Credit Card/Wallet are handled by Midtrans. NAM Watches never store or transfer any credit card information. NAM Watches use external payment gateways, Midtrans & PayPal for e-commerce. Midtrans handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

For delivery process we using JNE (Indonesian Customers) for dispatched the package within 24 hours after the verification. It will took 3-5 Business Days until the package are delivered to your address.
For International Customers we using DHL for delivery your package.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the delivery company.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date.
Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries and/or leather straps (as is practice in the watch industry). The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by NAM Watches.
We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
We don't accept cancellations if the payment already done.
